Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All custom dreadlock orders are processed and created for you guaranteed to be finished within 6 weeks. At no point can you change or alter your order once payment has processed, unless stated and confirmed via email. 

At any point we can deny shipping the final product if any of the Terms of Service have been broken by buyer.

All other premade ready to ship items are processed within 72 hours.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Shipments will be delayed by up to 3 business days and you will be notified via email or phone.

Please allow additional days in transit as that is out of our control. 

If there was an error in shipping (ie. Late Package, incorrect delivery, lost package, etc) Girl on the Moon Dreadlocks will not be held responsible or expected to refund/ exchange order. If the package is redirected to Girl on the Moon Dreadlocks physical address, we will attempt to collect an updated/ correct address for up to 30 days after purchase date. If no correct address is attained by the end of the 30 day period, The order will VOID with no refund. 

ALL SHIPPING IS DONE THROUGH USPS.

In US ~ USPS 3-Day ~ Standard ~ $7

Canada ~ 7-14 Day Shipping ~ $30

Anywhere else ~  14-21 Day Shipping ~ $40 

**AUSTRALIA ~ NO PROJECTED TIME ~ $70 

** KEEP NOTE THAT AS OF SEPTEMBER 1st 2021, “Due to the latest outbreak in Australia, it has forced mail centers across the country to close amidst new lockdowns across the country.” Meaning that packages will be RETURNED TO SENDER.
